Last year, the Knights of Columbus donated more than $151 million to charitable and benevolent causes and 69 million hours of volunteer community service to aid the less fortunate. In the year of our Lord 1992, Father (now Monsignor) Hugh Marren gathered a small group of men to discuss the establishment of a Knights of Columbus Council at Saint Theresa Catholic Church in Douglasville, Georgia.
